MobilePhoneRepair is not responsible for pre-existing issues, prior tampering, or unrelated defects discovered during or after the repair process. While our work is always done to professional standards, some repairs carry the risk of further damage due to the condition of the device.

All repairs completed by MobilePhoneRepair come with a 90-day limited warranty covering the specific parts and labor involved in the repair. This warranty applies only to issues directly resulting from the repair performed. The warranty does not cover damage caused after the repair by accidents, liquid exposure, user handling, or unauthorized third-party services.

Refunds may be requested within 7 calendar days of the completed repair. After 7 days, all sales are considered final because replacement parts may already have been recycled, shipped, or processed. Refunds requested within the 7-day period will be reviewed, and if approved, issued in the original form of payment.

You are responsible for backing up all personal data before service begins, as MobilePhoneRepair is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or deletion. It is also your responsibility to disclose any prior repairs, modifications, or relevant history of the device before we begin work.
